8.7% is the 24-hour move in Lighter (LIT). CoinGecko recorded the token at $3.33 at 07:58 UTC on 4 November 2026, with about $140.6 million of volume and a market cap of $832.1 million.

The Lighter LIT price move is narrower than a broad bounce. At the same hour Bitcoin was up 1.7%, at $77,997, and Chainlink's own token was up 0.2%, at $11.11, both on CoinGecko. The seven-day change on CoinGecko was 10.1%. The sharp hourly prints arrived on 3 November, and the Chainlink post that named Lighter landed after the first upticks.

How the last 48 hours printed

On 2 November at 14:08 UTC, Lighter's account posted TUR30, described there as 30 of the largest companies on the Istanbul Stock Exchange. The hourly print at 14:00 UTC was $3.12. At 20:37 UTC the same account said it had enabled 12 new stock tokens as collateral on Robinhood Chain, and that 23 were live. The 21:00 print was $3.05, so the announcements arrived while the price eased.

The climb is a 3 November story. The 08:00 UTC hourly print was $3.05, near the $3.04 low CoinGecko lists for the trailing 24 hours. By 10:00 UTC the print was $3.14, and by 13:00 UTC it was $3.24. Those morning hours lack a matching Lighter post or a matching Chainlink post in the accounts checked on 4 November.

At 14:00 UTC the hourly print was $3.29, and Chainlink published at 14:00:31 UTC, inside that hour. At 16:00 UTC the print was $3.42. From $3.05 at 08:00 UTC to $3.42 at 16:00 UTC is about 12%. The official 24-hour figure is 8.7% because the token then eased, to $3.23 at 04:00 UTC on 4 November and $3.33 at 07:58 UTC.

Chainlink's 14:00 UTC post

Chainlink said its Asia-Pacific equity streams had expanded across China, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan and Hong Kong, and it put the covered markets above $40 trillion. The post names TSMC, Tencent, Samsung, SK Hynix and BYD, and it says the streams are live on Lighter, Jupiter and Predict.fun. The primary text is Chainlink's post from 3 November 2026.

A data stream is a fast price report an onchain app can pull, here for a stock or an index during that exchange's own hours. Three venues share the line, while LIT rose 8.7% and Chainlink's token rose 0.2%. See the desk page on Stellar in the week a Chainlink integration went live.

The public docs are thinner than the post. On the APAC Equities page, opened 4 November 2026, six exchanges are marked available: Korea, Tokyo, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Taiwan and Hong Kong. The mainnet stream list on that page shows an empty feed table, so the social post names Lighter while the catalog still lacks rows a reader could match to feed IDs.

Two posts, then a quieter evening

A perpetual is a derivatives contract that tracks a reference price and stays open instead of ending on a set expiry date. Collateral is the balance posted so a losing position can be closed out. Lighter's posts that evening were that setup, and the price softened while they went out. For another perpetual token, the desk has a page on GMX once funding fees hit.

Key facts

  • LIT last printed at $3.33, up 8.7% in 24 hours, on about $140.6 million of volume and an $832.1 million market cap (CoinGecko, 4 November 2026, 07:58 UTC).
  • The 24-hour range was $3.04 to $3.45, and the 16:00 UTC hourly print on 3 November was $3.42 (CoinGecko market chart, retrieved 4 November 2026).
  • Chainlink said APAC equity streams cover markets it put above $40 trillion and named Lighter among the live venues (Chainlink on X, 3 November 2026, 14:00 UTC).
  • The APAC Equities docs page marks six exchanges available and shows an empty mainnet feed table (Chainlink documentation, opened 4 November 2026).

What to watch

Lighter's posts from 2 November cover TUR30 and the collateral list. A later note in the venue's own words would sit next to Chainlink's claim. On the docs page, mainnet feed rows would let a reader set that claim beside a public ID. Until those rows appear, the post and the catalog remain different documents.

The tape check is the Asia cash open. These streams follow local hours, and a closed session holds the quoted stock price even while crypto trades through the night. Volume near $140.6 million, versus about $73.1 million a day earlier, is the participation figure.

This record cites CoinGecko prices and the posts linked above. It is not a recommendation to buy or sell Lighter or any other asset.
