We publish price levels, probabilities, fees and regulatory details, and we would rather be told we are wrong than leave a wrong number standing. Every report is reviewed.
How to report an error
Email info@thetradersspread.com with the page URL, the figure or statement you believe is wrong, and, if you have it, the source that shows the correct value. Story tips, data questions and requests to review a broker go to the same address.
What happens next
The claim is checked against the primary source — the exchange, the regulator’s register, the broker’s own published schedule, the polling or market data the article cites. If the article is wrong, it is corrected on the page itself. A material correction is noted in the text and the article shows an “Updated” date; a typographical fix is made silently.
Corrections versus updates
A correction fixes something that was wrong when it was published. An update reflects something that changed afterwards. Markets move after publication and an article is not updated unless it says so — the date on the piece is the date its levels and figures were true. See the editorial policy for how dating works.
Broker reviews
Brokers change spreads, fees, regulation and platforms. If a review states a figure or a licence that is no longer current, tell us and we will re-check it against the register or the broker’s published schedule and correct the page. The method behind every rating is on How we rate brokers.
