Forex on Tradeview's EDGE account is priced at USD 4 per standard lot for the round turn, which the same schedule breaks into USD 2 a side. That line sits on the EDGE terms, the page Tradeview dates as published on 23 September 2026, which we opened on 2 November 2026 at docs.tradeviewmarkets.com/edge/terms. The page points to the account card in the Cabinet and the symbol Specification in the terminal as the live reference.
The same terms walk through one buy of 1 lot of EURUSD.edge: a 0.2 pip spread converted to USD 2, a USD 4 round-turn commission, and a total of USD 6 before swap, with the spread labelled illustrative. Clause 12 of the December 2023 client agreement, opened the same day at the client agreement PDF, lets Tradeview Ltd adjust those charges, so the USD 4 line is a published figure the contract can move.
A tradeview review of this ticket has to hold two facts at once: the dollar cost of one EUR/USD round turn, and the legal entity that holds the contract. The EDGE terms leave the contracting company unnamed. The client agreement, the website terms, and the regulation page supply the name, and they also supply two addresses and two governing-law clauses.
Updated 2 November 2026 from the broker pages and the regulator list opened that day.

What does one EUR/USD ticket cost on the EDGE schedule?
Forex on that table is USD 4 per standard lot round turn, gold is USD 6, and other instruments vary. The .edge spread is the raw market spread, zero markup, and on 2 November 2026 the public page left the live spread numbers off the response, so the dollar spread we quote is the illustrative 0.2 pip.
The forex page, opened the same day at tradeviewmarkets.com/en/trading/markets/forex, puts a standard lot at 100,000 units of the base currency and, on most USD-quoted majors, roughly USD 10 per pip. A 0.2 pip spread is therefore about USD 2, and each extra pip on one lot is about USD 10, so a 0.4 pip spread would be about USD 4 beside the same USD 4 commission.
| Line on 1 lot of EURUSD.edge | Amount in the example | What the EDGE terms say |
|---|---|---|
| Spread at the example open | USD 2 | 0.2 pip, labelled illustrative, with the live spread set by the market at each order |
| Commission | USD 4 | Forex round turn on a standard lot, USD 2 a side |
| Total before swap | USD 6 | Spread plus commission in the worked example |
| Swap | In the terminal Specification | Public EDGE terms point to the symbol Specification rather than a rate table |
Maximum leverage on EDGE is 1:100, including gold, with margin equal to contract size times price divided by that ratio. Minimum size is 0.10 lot, and 0.01 sits in a permission-only micro group. Base currency is USD, EUR, or GBP, fixed at creation. The USD 4 line runs on MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5, demo server Tradeview-Demo, while the forex marketing page also offers cTrader and the terms leave indices, oil, and crypto CFDs off the .edge demo list.
Which company is the counterparty on that ticket?
Clause 1 of the client agreement says the account is established at Tradeview Ltd or at any Tradeview Ltd affiliate, and that Tradeview Ltd may elect which entity it uses, with the defined term folding the affiliate into the name. The same clause says Tradeview Ltd shall act as counterparty to all transactions under the agreement. Clause 2 authorises execution as counterparty or with such other counterparties as the firm deems appropriate. The ticket can name Tradeview Ltd and still be carried at an elected affiliate, and the fill can still stand with another counterparty.
Section 7 of the website terms, opened on 2 November 2026 at the website terms PDF, calls Tradeview Ltd the owner of the brand and a Cayman broker-dealer at 5th Floor, Anderson Square, 64 Shedden Road, the same address the client agreement prints with KY1-1002. The live regulation page and footer instead print 13 Genesis Close, 4th Floor, Suite 422, so the two December 2023 PDFs and the 2026 website disagree on the street.
Clause 24 governs the client agreement by Cayman Islands law, and clause 25 sends disputes to the Commercial Arbitration Court at the Grand Court, in English, on documents, with the tribunal capped at two arbitrators and a one-year limit from the transaction date. Section 8 of the website terms governs those terms, and any other agreement with Tradeview, by the laws of Malta.
| Name on the regulation page | What that page prints | What we opened besides the broker page |
|---|---|---|
| Tradeview Ltd | CIMA full securities broker-dealer, licence 585163, SIBL, headquarters 13 Genesis Close | CIMA licensee list: 585163, Tradeview Ltd, 4 April 2012, Broker/Dealer marked |
| Tradeview Financial Markets S.A.C | Peru, SUNARP company number 13089531, site tradeviewlatam.com | The SUNARP register was left unopened |
| TVM Global Ltd | Labuan FSA money broker, registration LL15870 | The Labuan register was left unopened |
| iLC Brokers Ltd | Mauritius FSC investment dealer licence GB20025800 | The Mauritius register was left unopened |
| Tradeview Europe Ltd | MFSA Class 2 firm under MiFID II, licence number left off the English page | The MFSA site refused the request, and tradeview.eu/pricing resolved to an error page |
| Tradeview Financial Advisors LLC | UAE SCA registration CP-0000757 | The SCA register was left unopened |
The Cayman line is the one matched to a regulator file. The Authority's licensee list, the PDF whose filename carries 31 December 2025, opened on 2 November 2026 at cima.ky, shows licence 585163, Tradeview Ltd, licence date 4 April 2012, a Broker/Dealer mark, and 44 licensees in total. The site's HTML search form returned an empty results table, so the PDF is the register in use, and the other five names stay as the regulation page states them. The same entity question is the one we traced for an Axiory EUR/USD contract and the company behind it. A reader onboarded to Tradeview Europe Ltd is on a different company, the English page leaves that firm's licence number off the page, the MFSA site refused the request, and tradeview.eu/pricing resolved to an error page, so the EDGE arithmetic is the wrong schedule for that book.
Clause 9 describes the property the firm holds. Client funds and other property are held as security, subject to a general lien and a right of set-off, and the client grants the right to pledge, re-pledge, hypothecate, invest, or loan that margin, separately or with other clients' property, to the firm or to others. The clause frees the firm from a duty to return the identical property. The forex page says Tradeview keeps client funds segregated from company operating funds. The segregation line is the marketing claim, and the pledge and lending grant is the contract, and they sit in two different documents opened the same day.
How do EDGE, ILC and XLev change the same pair?
The accounts page, opened on 2 November 2026 at tradeviewmarkets.com/en/trading/accounts, prints three forex cards, and the EDGE terms pin forex at USD 4 round turn rather than the card's starting-at wording.
| Account on the forex cards | Commission | Minimum size | Maximum leverage | Spread language |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| EDGE | USD 4 round turn for forex on the EDGE terms | 0.10 lot | 1:100 | Spreads from 0.0 pips, raw on the EDGE terms |
| ILC | USD 5 per round turn | 0.10 lot | 1:200 | Spreads from 0.0 pips |
| XLev | Zero commission | 0.01 lot | 1:400 | Competitive spreads, dollar total left off the card |
ILC is a USD 5 round turn with the worked EUR/USD total left off the card, and XLev is zero commission with the dollar EUR/USD cost left off the card, so EDGE and ILC are the commission tickets and XLev is the spread ticket. That split is the same shape of question as the INFINOX comparison of an STP spread with an ECN commission. A client can hold the three types together, a second EDGE account follows once the first is funded, an introducing-broker account stays put while the client opens a fresh EDGE account, and a move from ILC or XLev onto EDGE waits until open positions and pending orders are at zero. Launch-phase EDGE pays zero introducing-broker rebates.
The ceilings sit under clause 4, which lets Tradeview Ltd raise margin on its own timetable, and the forex page's mention of dynamic leverage points at a ratios page we left unopened. XLev's 1:400 is the Cayman broker-dealer book's ceiling, and the CIMA list marks Tradeview Ltd as a broker-dealer, a different book from Tradeview Europe Ltd.
Where does the swap sit, and what else can the account be charged?
A numeric EUR/USD swap is not published on the EDGE terms or on the forex rollover page we opened on 2 November 2026. The terms put swap rates, sessions, and contract size in the symbol Specification, and they put holiday hours in the Cabinet and in email. The rollover page at the forex rollover page carries the heading Forex rollover rates and a sentence about overnight swap, and the body we received left a rate table off the page.
Clause 8 lets Tradeview Ltd roll CFD currency positions and credit or debit interest until the position closes, including on an account it first offered free of interest, while futures CFDs are closed at expiration. Clause 12 then bills commissions, markups, markdowns, transaction fees, transfer and cancellation charges, and an inactive-account fee of USD 50.00 after six quiet months on a funded account, adjustable on the firm's timetable. Section 9 of the website terms, the same December 2023 date, instead charges the lesser of the remaining balance or USD 50 and archives a zero balance, and section 3 says fees may differ by geography.
Clause 11 deems online confirmations correct if the client writes to support@tvmarkets.com within two business days. Clause 6 says the firm withholds a guarantee that stops and limits fill at a specific price when the market gaps, so conditional orders can fill at the next available price. The regulation page and the site footer state that the products are not offered in the United States or to US persons, and the EDGE terms say losses can exceed the amount invested. The opening amount is separate from the commission: a minimum deposit is left unpublished, and the account manager confirms it. The USD 4 can be read off the page, and the cash required to open the account waits on a person.

How does that commission sit next to the raw tickets we opened?
We ranked round-turn commission in US dollars on one standard forex lot, before the raw spread, because the spread labels refuse one average. Tradeview's 0.2 pip is an illustration, Tickmill leaves an EUR/USD average off the page, Pepperstone prints a minimum and a commission floor, and IC Markets prints an average beside a commission. The bars are the dollar commission lines, and the source line names the four pages and the date we opened them.
Tickmill's EU accounts overview, opened on 2 November 2026 at tickmill.com/eu/trading/accounts-overview, prices Raw on MT4 and MT5 at USD 3 per lot per side, USD 6 round turn, spreads from 0.0, a starting deposit of 100, retail leverage of 1:30, and a minimum of 0.01 lot. The risk warning names Tickmill Europe Ltd under CySEC CIF licence 278/15 and states that 74 percent of retail CFD accounts lose money with that firm. Classic on the same page, spreads from 1.6 pips and zero commission, stays off the chart.
IC Markets Australia's overview, opened the same day at icmarkets.com.au/en/trading-accounts/overview, names International Capital Markets Pty Ltd, registration 123 289 109, ASIC licence 335692. MetaTrader Raw Spread is USD 3.5 a side, stated as USD 7.0 round turn, spreads from 0.0, a USD 200 starting deposit, leverage of 1:30, a New York server, and a 50 percent stop-out. The page's descriptive block puts the average EUR/USD spread at 0.1 pips beside USD 3.50 a side, which on Tradeview's rough USD 10 per pip is about USD 1 of spread and about USD 8 all-in before swap. cTrader and TradingView Raw on that table are USD 6.0 round turn, and the chart uses the MetaTrader figure because EDGE is limited to MetaTrader.
Pepperstone's Australian costs page, opened on 2 November 2026 at pepperstone.com/en-au/trading/costs-and-fees, says Razor commissions start from USD 3.50 per lot per side on margin FX and spot gold, so the bar is the USD 7 round-turn floor. EURUSD Razor minimum spread is 0 and the Standard minimum is 1. The footer names Pepperstone Group Limited, Level 16, Tower One, 727 Collins Street, Melbourne, AFSL 414530. A dollar commission converts at spot when the account currency differs from the US dollar, and any live spread above that minimum sits on top of the floor.
As commission alone, EDGE at USD 4 sits under Tickmill Raw at USD 6 and under the IC Markets MetaTrader figure and the Pepperstone Razor floor at USD 7. A 0.4 pip raw spread is about USD 4 on Tradeview's pip value and would pull the EDGE total level with Tickmill's commission, before swap. EDGE micro lots of 0.01 need permission, while those two Raw cards print 0.01, and the opening amounts are an account-manager figure on EDGE, 100 on Tickmill EU Raw, and USD 200 on IC Markets AU Raw.
A public number that belongs to one book, while another company in the brand carries a different number, is a pattern we walked through for Hantec Markets, where a London number sits on a Mauritius book. Tradeview's version is the Cayman EDGE commission of USD 4 beside Tradeview Europe Ltd, whose pricing URL resolved to an error page. The chart keeps the Cayman commission next to three raw tickets whose pages named the platform and the tier.
What is the verdict on the ticket?
Forex on EDGE is a readable USD 4 round turn, the worked example reaches USD 6 before an illustrative spread, and licence 585163 matches Tradeview Ltd on the CIMA list. The USD 6 total still moves with the live spread, the public swap stays off the pages we opened, an affiliate can be elected beside the counterparty sentence, Anderson Square and 13 Genesis Close are both on file, Cayman and Malta are both named as governing law, and the idle fee is a flat USD 50.00 in one PDF and the lesser of the balance or USD 50 in the other.
We rate the Tradeview EUR/USD ticket 3.6 out of 5. The commission line and the licence match earn the score above the middle of the scale, and the two addresses, the two governing-law clauses, the two idle-fee formulas, the missing public swap, and the affiliate election are why the score stays short of the top. The rating describes the documents opened on 2 November 2026, and it leaves the decision about a trading account with the reader.
Disclaimer: the rating records how clearly those documents price one EUR/USD ticket and name the company on the other side, and it leaves any decision about trading with the reader.
