INFINOX puts two Client Agreement labels on the legal documents page, and both were hashes when that page was retrieved on 30 October 2026. One block is headed "Legal Documents for Infinox Global Limited". The next is headed "Infinox Limited (FSC) Documents". Each list opens with Client Agreement and then Best Execution Policy, and those four anchors use href="#", so the named files stayed closed.
Updated 30 October 2026, with every INFINOX figure taken from a page opened that day.
Three EURUSD figures and two companies sit on the site together. At about 07:03 UTC the forex board printed EURUSD bid 1.11795, ask 1.11806, spread 0.00011, under the line "The pricing is for indicative purposes only." That is 1.1 pips. A standard lot is 100,000 euros and a pip of 0.0001 is about 10 dollars, so the spread leg is 11 dollars, the same pip-value method as the Libertex EUR/USD ticket note. The account-types page lists STP commission as "From 0" on MT4 and MT5, and ECN as "Commission applies", with the dollar off the cell. Product specifications print EURUSD 0.3 under Average Spread for 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025, untagged as either tier. The footer names INFINOX Limited, Mauritius FSC licence GB20025832, beside INFINOX Global Limited, Anguilla company A000001246. A site gate says registration is with "INFINOX GLOBAL LIMITED, an unregulated entity registered in Anguilla", and that the visitor is entering the website of INFINOX LIMITED, licence GB20025832.
1) Two agreement labels, and the files stayed closed
Under Infinox Global Limited the legal page lists a Client Agreement and a Best Execution Policy, then privacy, risk, complaints, AML, and an Insurance Policy beside an Insurance Certificate. Under Infinox Limited (FSC) the list again opens with a Client Agreement and a Best Execution Policy. Those four anchors are hashes that stay on the same page, so the PDF behind each label stayed unopened and older cached clause text stays unquoted.
The account page ties the gap to the price. Its Important Specification Note says spreads float with market conditions, instrument, platform, account setup, and liquidity, then states: "Commission, leverage, stop / limit levels and trading conditions may vary depending on entity, client profile and account setup." The price and the contract are allowed, in that sentence, to diverge by entity, while the buttons that would name the entity still point at a hash. The Insurance Certificate is the file that did open, via a media URL, and it is read below.
2) Footer companies the price table leaves unnamed
The footer, on the legal page and the account page that morning, prints four roles. INFINOX Limited "is authorised and regulated as an Investment Dealer by the Financial Services Commission (FSC) of Mauritius under License Number GB20025832", at Credentia International Management, Cyberati Lounge, Ground Floor, The Catalyst Building, 40 Cybercity, Ebene. The about page repeats "Mauritius INFINOX Limited FSC Licence GB20025832".
Infinox Financial Consultants L.L.C S.O.C "serves as a marketing and introducing entity" in the UAE, CMA Category 5 licence 20200000379, Office 203-226, Building Khalid Shaban, Al Garhoud, Dubai. An introducer is a different job from the CFD ticket, so that firm stays off the contract list. INFINOX Global Limited, "trading as INFINOX", is incorporated as A000001246 in Anguilla, office "Victoria House, The Valley, A-12640". One gate modal reads: "Please note that you are registering with INFINOX GLOBAL LIMITED, an unregulated entity registered in Anguilla", and says proceeding drops protections afforded under a regulated entity. The next modal says the visitor is entering the website of INFINOX LIMITED under licence GB20025832. Registration and the public site are split: Anguilla is called unregulated, and Mauritius is called the investment dealer.
"INFINOX Services EU Limited acts as a payment services provider for INFINOX", Cyprus HE440832, 1st Floor, 8 Georgiou Christoforou Street, Strovolos, 2012, Nicosia, facilitating payment processing. Payments are a poor candidate for the firm on the EUR/USD ticket. The Hantec Markets review walked a London number beside a Mauritius book, and this footer has that shape with Anguilla between them. The about page adds that INFINOX was established in 2009 and that Infinox Capital Limited is "Authorised by the FCA FRN 501057".
3) The London company, on Companies House and on the UK site
Companies House, opened 30 October 2026 at the overview for 06854853, shows INFINOX CAPITAL LIMITED active, private limited, incorporated 21 March 2009, SIC 64999, office 90 Bartholomew Close, London, EC1A 7BN, last accounts to 31 March 2025. The row is silent on permissions.
The FCA register URL the same day returned a loading shell and a CSS error, so the firm card stayed off the screen and FRN 501057 is taken from the about page alone. The UK product page at infinox.co.uk did render, and its banner reads: "INFINOX Capital Ltd does not offer trading services to retail clients." The forex block there prints EURUSD 0.3 as an average of tradable prices from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024, a different year from the global 0.3, and a weak stand-in for the 30 October board.
4) What 1.1 pips becomes in dollars
On EUR/USD a standard lot is 100,000 units of the base currency, and a pip, 0.0001, is worth about 10 dollars per 1.00 lot near 1.12. Round-turn spread cost here is the spread in pips times 10, paid once. Commission is added when a page prints a dollar amount, per side when the page says per side, and as a round turn when the page says round turn. The 11 dollars below are that method applied to the board's 0.00011, and the board itself leaves a dollar commission off the row.
The saved row is the 1.11795 / 1.11806 print above, marked indicative, with the tier left off the line. The page FAQ says STP accounts offer zero-commission trading with a small markup, and that ECN accounts start from 0.0 pips plus a commission per lot, and it assigns the row to neither tier. On the account page, STP "consolidates your trading costs entirely within the bid-ask spread, eliminating per-ticket commissions", on MT4 / MT5, with FX majors from 0.9 pips, commission "From 0", and leverage up to 1:1000. Pairing "From 0" with the 1.1 pip board finishes an STP ticket as an inference, because the board is untagged and 0.9 pips is a majors floor. On that inference the round turn is 11 dollars of spread and a zero commission cell, entity still unpinned.
| INFINOX EURUSD print | Page and window | Reading |
|---|---|---|
| Spread 0.00011, bid 1.11795, ask 1.11806 | Forex board, about 07:03 UTC, 30 October 2026, indicative | 1.1 pips, about 11 dollars of spread on 1.00 lot, tier untagged |
| Average Spread 0.3 | Product specifications, 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025 | Unit word off the cell. If it is the account-page pip, the spread leg is about 3 dollars, and the cell remains a 2025 average |
| FX majors from 0.9 pips, commission From 0 | STP column, MT4 / MT5, 30 October 2026 | Majors floor plus a zero commission cell, wider than the board print |
| FX majors from 0.2 pips, Commission applies | ECN column, same page and platforms | Spread floor only, dollar commission absent, round turn unfinished |
The product note calls the 0.3 a consolidated average "from tradable matching engines" across that 2025 window, with live specs left to the platform tab. It sits between the 0.2 ECN floor and the 0.9 STP floor, so it is a poor choice for today's STP ticket.
5) Where the ECN commission stops
The ECN column describes a price and then withholds the dollar. The account page offers "hyper-tight interbank spreads (frequently dropping to 0.0 pips on major pairs) in exchange for a fixed, transparent commission per lot", then prints FX majors from 0.2 pips and "Commission applies", on the same MT4 / MT5, 1:1000, and 0.01-lot terms as STP. Dollars per lot, per side versus round turn, and any platform split are absent. The Titan FX commission note had to separate an advertised zero from a schedule that disagreed. Here STP does say "From 0", and ECN stops at "Commission applies". A 0.2 pip floor would be 2 dollars of spread plus an unknown commission, and a 0.0 pip moment would be the commission alone. Either sum invents the dollar, so the ECN bar stays off the chart.
6) Three peer schedules opened the same day
Pepperstone's pairs page, read 30 October 2026, prints EURUSD Razor average 0.1 and Standard average 1.1. Footnote 1 dates them to 01/08/2026 through 31/08/2026, including rollover, so the sample is August. The costs page puts a 1 pip markup on Standard FX, with forex commission on that account at zero, and Razor commission "from $3.50 per lot, per side". The chart uses one line: "Commission on the Pepperstone platform is calculated as 3.5 USD per 1 standard FX lot per side", or 7 dollars round turn. MT4 and MT5 leave a dollar table off that page, so the bars use the Pepperstone platform, where Razor is 8 dollars all-in and Standard is 11 dollars. The footer reads "Pepperstone Markets Limited | Company registration number 177174 B | SIA-F217", licensed in Nassau by the Securities Commission of The Bahamas.
The IC Raw Spread URL resolved to ic.com and says "Our average EUR/USD spread is 0.1 pips, with only a small commission of $3.50 per lot payable per side", from 0.0, on MetaTrader 4 and 5. The sentence leaves any sample window off, so 0.1 is the figure on the page on 30 October 2026, and the round turn is 8 dollars. IC and IC Markets Global are trading names of Raw Trading Ltd, Seychelles FSA licence SD018, registration 8419879-1.
Tickmill's raw URL resolved to the EU path and prints spreads from 0.0 pips with commission of 3 dollars per lot per side. Its example is one EURUSD lot, contract 100,000 euros, at 3 dollars a side and 6 dollars round turn. The risk warning names Tickmill Europe Ltd, and the licences page lists that firm under CySEC 278/15, beside Tickmill Ltd in Seychelles under FSA SD008. The 6 dollars belong to the EU page. The typical-spread table was empty, so the ticket stays unfinished and off the bars, where a commission-only bar would look like a full price.
| Tier, platform, entity | EURUSD spread used | Commission | Round turn, 1.00 lot |
|---|---|---|---|
| INFINOX STP inference, MT4 / MT5, entity unpinned | 1.1 pips, indicative board, 30 October 2026, about 07:03 UTC | From 0 | 11.00 dollars of spread |
| Pepperstone Razor, Pepperstone platform, Pepperstone Markets Limited, 177174 B, SIA-F217 | 0.1 average, 1 to 31 August 2026 | 3.50 dollars per side | 8.00 dollars |
| Pepperstone Standard, same platform and entity | 1.1 average, August 2026, plus a 1 pip markup | Zero on FX | 11.00 dollars |
| IC Markets Raw, MT4 and MT5, Raw Trading Ltd, SD018, 8419879-1 | 0.1 pips, average printed 30 October 2026 | 3.50 dollars per side | 8.00 dollars |
| Tickmill Raw, EU page, Tickmill Europe Ltd, CySEC 278/15 | From 0.0 pips, average absent | 6 dollars round turn on the page's 1-lot example | Unfinished |
7) One insured name on the excess-of-loss certificate
The file that opened is the Excess of Loss evidence of cover, Evidence of Cover, saved 30 October 2026. The insurers are Arch 2012 and the insured is Infinox Global Limited, with every other group company off that line. The address is Victoria House, The Valley, AI-2640 Anguilla, while the website footer prints A-12640 for the same house. The period is 1 June 2026 to 31 May 2027. The sum insured is up to 500,000 US dollars per claimant, and the retention is 20,000 US dollars per claimant, after an insolvency event, subject to the policy. The notes limit the sheet to information and say that holding it leaves the policy unamended, so the certificate documents the placement and sends rights back to the policy.
Pros, cons, and a rating of 3
The clearer side is the printed licence GB20025832, the STP cell "From 0" on MT4 and MT5, a pair-specific indicative board, and an evidence of cover that names the insured, the period, the sum, and the retention. The rating filed with the review is 3 because the ECN dollar is absent, the live EURUSD row is untagged, both Client Agreement links are hashes, and the footer splits Anguilla registration from the Mauritius website while the UK site closes retail trading at the firm whose FRN the about page advertises.

Verdict
The public pages leave the contract holder unpinned. INFINOX Limited, Mauritius, FSC GB20025832, is the investment dealer in the footer and the firm the gate names for the regulated website. INFINOX Global Limited, Anguilla, A000001246, is the company the gate calls unregulated at registration, and the only insured on the excess-of-loss cover for 1 June 2026 to 31 May 2027. Infinox Capital Limited, Companies House 06854853, is the firm tied on the about page to FCA FRN 501057, and the UK banner quoted above closes retail trading there. The Dubai Category 5 firm introduces, and Cyprus company HE440832 processes payments.
The finishable EUR/USD round turn is the STP path: commission "From 0" on MT4 and MT5, plus the indicative 1.1 pip board, which is 11 dollars of spread per 1.00 lot at about 07:03 UTC on 30 October 2026. The combination is an inference because the board leaves the tier off the row. The 2025 average of 0.3 and the UK 2024 average of 0.3 are historical spread prints. The ECN round turn stays unfinished, at spreads from 0.2 pips or from 0.0 in the marketing line, with "Commission applies" where a dollar should sit.
FAQ
Which company holds the INFINOX client contract?
Pages opened on 30 October 2026 leave a single holder unnamed. The legal page lists a Client Agreement under Infinox Global Limited and another under Infinox Limited (FSC), and both links are hashes. The footer names INFINOX Limited under Mauritius FSC licence GB20025832 and INFINOX Global Limited under Anguilla company A000001246. The excess-of-loss certificate insures Infinox Global Limited alone from 1 June 2026 to 31 May 2027.
What does one standard EUR/USD lot cost on the STP path?
The account page lists STP commission as From 0 on MT4 and MT5, with FX majors from 0.9 pips. The forex board that day showed EURUSD bid 1.11795 and ask 1.11806, spread 0.00011, marked indicative, and left the account type off the row. Treating 0.00011 as 1.1 pips at about 10 dollars a pip puts the spread leg at 11 dollars a lot. The figure pairs a zero commission cell with an untagged board, so it is an STP inference.
Why does the ECN round turn stay unfinished?
The account page says ECN spreads on FX majors start from 0.2 pips, and that major-pair spreads can drop to 0.0, in exchange for a fixed commission per lot. The cell reads "Commission applies" and leaves off the dollar, the per-side or round-turn basis, and any platform schedule. US equity minimums on the product page belong to share trades. Until a forex page prints a dollar per lot, the ECN all-in stays unfinished and off the bars.
How do the peer round turns sit against that 11 dollars?
On 30 October 2026, IC Markets Raw under Raw Trading Ltd showed a 0.1 pip average and 3.50 dollars per side on MT4 and MT5, or 8 dollars round turn. Pepperstone Razor on the Pepperstone platform matches that 8 dollars from its August average of 0.1 pips plus 3.50 dollars per side. Pepperstone Standard is 11 dollars on a 1.1 pip August average. Tickmill's EU page shows a 6 dollar round turn and spreads from 0.0, with the average absent.
What does the UK site say about retail clients?
The about page says Infinox Capital Limited is authorised by the FCA under FRN 501057. Companies House shows company 06854853 active at 90 Bartholomew Close, London, incorporated on 21 March 2009. The UK product page, opened 30 October 2026, carries the retail banner quoted above, and its EURUSD cell of 0.3 is an average from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024. The FCA register that day returned a loading shell, so the permission history stays off the page.
