JustMarkets is the trade name printed on a Seychelles register row that was open on 8 October 2026. The Financial Services Authority lists Just Global Markets Ltd as a Securities Dealer under SD088, office at Floor 2, Vairam Building, Providence Industrial Estate, Mahé. The September 2026 client agreement hosted on justmarkets.com names that company as the counterparty. This justmarkets review starts from that row, then checks the fee table attached to it: the Raw Spread card prints commission of $3 each side per lot. The commission line is the figure tested below against three other live schedules.
Those cards still print a maximum of 1:3000. The forex page, open the same morning, replaces that single number with an equity ladder: 1:3000 below $1,000, 1:2000 from $1,000, 1:1000 from $5,000, and 1:500 from $40,000. The card and the ladder cannot both be the limit on a funded account.

Who signs, and why that decides this justmarkets review
The PDF header says Version: September 2026. The parties are the client and Just Global Markets Ltd, Office 10, Floor 2, Vairam Building, Providence Industrial Estate, Mahé, Seychelles. The agreement's own phrase for the authorization is "Securities Dealer Licence" SD088. The public register, searched the same day, repeats the trade name, the Providence address, the phone +248 4374322, and compliance@justmarkets.com. The website field is www.justmarkets.com.
The regulator's office on that same page is Bois De Rose Avenue, Victoria. The clock tower is the capital landmark near that public address. The dealer's office on the row is in Providence, not in the tower.
A second license exists, and it is not the contract in that PDF. CySEC lists JustMarkets Ltd at 29 Agias Zonis, Argate Court, 3rd floor, office 302, Limassol 3027, company registration 361312, license 401/21, dated 08/06/2021, phone +357 25 351514, email support@justmarkets.eu. The approved domain is justmarkets.eu only. The older Grigori Afxentiou street name is not the address on the register opened here.
Dr George Theocharides, Chair of CySEC, put the jurisdictional gap in plain words in an 18 December 2025 interview with Finance Magnates: "Naturally, there are offshore jurisdictions with looser regulations – but the level of investor protection there is very different to that which is provided in Europe." The sentence is about the map, not about this brand. It still describes the split a reader hits here. Seychelles SD088 is the .com PDF. Cyprus 401/21 is the .eu firm. They are not interchangeable protections.
The company's regulations page also names Just Global Markets (PTY) Ltd (it cites FSCA FSP 51114), Just Global Markets (MU) Limited (it cites FSC investment dealer GB22200881), and Just Global Markets (VG) Limited (it cites BVI license SIBA/L/24/1177). Separate client agreements for Mauritius and the BVI are on the legal index. Those registers did not return a clean public entry here. The BVI page stalled on a Cloudflare interstitial. The three numbers stay company citations, not register confirmations.
An instrument-page footer adds GMFT Services Ltd, HE 424491, in Limassol, as the EU merchant for content and payments. That is not a broker license. The footer restricts Australia, Canada, Japan, India, the United Kingdom, the United States, and sanctioned countries. A request from this session was told the .com site does not serve the visitor's location and was pointed at justmarkets.eu.
Inside the Seychelles agreement, every client starts as Retail. Professional status is a request to support@justmarkets.com. One Personal Area per client. The firm can amend the agreement on five business days' notice.
What the four account cards actually charge
Four cards, two deposit floors. Standard and Standard Cent ask for $10. Pro and Raw Spread ask for $200. A company news note dated 29 January 2025 says the Pro and Raw minimum moved up from $100, for inactive accounts and for accounts opened after the change. Accounts that had already met the old floor were left alone. That note is why a directory can still show $100. The live deposit page, read 8 October 2026, shows $200.
Standard and Standard Cent: spread from 0.3 pips, no commission, margin call 40%, stop-out 20%, minimum lot 0.01. Cent balances are in USC and cover forex and commodities. Pro: spread from 0.1, no commission, lot size 0.01 to 100, MT4 and MT5. Raw Spread matches Pro on those lines, then adds a spread from 0 pips and commission of $3 each side per lot, or the USD equivalent if the account is not in dollars.
The $3 line is a forex fact on the pages opened here, not a charge confirmed for indices or crypto. Those schedules were not re-read on the current markets pages, so the amounts stay out. The forex table is the print that still shows $3 per lot per side on the majors.
Averages are described as coming from prior trading days, with no dated window. In the Raw column, EUR/USD shows 0.1 pips and $3, as do AUD/USD, GBP/USD, USD/CAD, and USD/JPY. USD/CHF shows 0.2. The rendered Standard column did not include EUR/USD. Neither did Pro. No average is filled in for them.
The unlabeled EUR/USD specification is a different print: contract 100,000, minimum 0.01, maximum 100, average spread 0.7 pips, commission $0, margin 0.03%, long swap −13.32 points, short-side swap −3.72 points, triple on Wednesday. The page does not name the account. On a standard lot, 0.7 pips with zero commission is $7.00. Raw's 0.1 pip average is $1.00, and $3 a side is $6.00, also $7.00. Same dollar, different split. That is not proof that Standard's EUR/USD average is 0.7.
Method, so the chart is checkable. One standard lot of EUR/USD on a USD account, round turn, equals the average spread in pips times $10, plus the per-side commission times two. One pip on that lot is $10. The Raw result is $7.00. A live platform quote that happened to sit on the specification page is not used as an independent spot price.
The $7 lot, set against three live peer schedules
Peers were limited to names that already have a 2026 review on this site, and each cost was read again on the broker's own pages on 8 October 2026. The older write-ups are not the source of the bars. Related desks pieces, for the entities rather than for these fresh figures, are the Tickmill review, the IC Markets review, and the Pepperstone review.

Tickmill's international Raw page states $3 per lot per side on FX and precious metals, and its EUR/USD example is $6 round turn. The instrument page prints a typical spread of 0.1, a contract of 100,000, and a maximum of 1:1000. All-in is $7.00. The header and footer name Tickmill Ltd in Seychelles, at the KLA Complex, Mont Fleuri, Mahé, beside UK, Cyprus, and South African companies. The $3 and the 1:1000 are those international pages, not the EU schedule. An undated line that put typical EUR/USD at zero is ignored.
IC Markets Global, Raw Trading Ltd, FSA SD018, prints an average EUR/USD spread of 0.1 pips on MT4 and MT5 Raw, with commission of $3.50 per lot per side. That is $1.00 plus $7.00, or $8.00. cTrader commission there is $3 per 100,000 US dollars traded, not a flat $3 per euro lot, so cTrader stays off the chart.
Pepperstone Limited, company 08965105, FCA 684312, office at 4th Floor, 27 Old Jewry, London EC2R 8DQ, is the entity on the en-gb pairs page. Razor average 0.1, from data dated 1 August 2026 to 31 August 2026, rollover included. MT4 and MT5 Razor commission is $3.50 per standard lot per side. All-in is $8.00. No Australian-dollar price was converted.
The samples are not the same window. JustMarkets says prior trading days and does not date them. Tickmill says typical. IC Markets marks 0.1 as a 24/5 average. Pepperstone names August 2026. The rank is still published average plus published commission, retrieved the same day.
| Account | Entity | Platform | EUR/USD average | Commission a side | All-in, 1 lot |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| JustMarkets Raw | Just Global Markets Ltd, FSA SD088 | MT4 / MT5 card | 0.1 pips | $3.00 | $7.00 |
| Tickmill Raw | Tickmill Ltd, Seychelles pages | Raw account, .com | 0.1 typical | $3.00 | $7.00 |
| IC Markets Raw | Raw Trading Ltd, FSA SD018 | MT4 / MT5 | 0.1 pips | $3.50 | $8.00 |
| Pepperstone Razor | Pepperstone Limited, FCA 684312 | MT4 / MT5 | 0.1 (Aug 2026) | $3.50 | $8.00 |
That $1 is the whole gap. It is a tenth of a pip, or fifty cents of commission a side. It is not a different product.
The ratio, the swap, and the protection that can be switched off
Margin on the EUR/USD rows is printed as 0.03%. A pure 1:3000 ratio is about 0.033% margin. The site publishes both figures and does not reconcile them. Around high-impact news, from 15 minutes before the event until 5 minutes after, new positions use a reduced maximum. Rollover, weekends, and holidays can cut the ratio as well. Clause 4.9.7 lets the company change the ratio without prior notice when balance plus credit reaches a predetermined range.
Swaps are the next clash. The forex page says accounts from any country are automatically swap-free, charge time 22:00 GMT+3, Wednesday triple, unless an instrument is marked extended. The account-card footnote limits the option to Muslims and to Extended swap-free status. The agreement calls Swap-Free a Personal Area status, says Islamic accounts are not charged swaps and cannot lose that status, and allows a commission instead in exceptional cases.
Dmitry Vasko, Operation Manager at JustMarkets, told Finance Magnates on 12 October 2023: "Further, our inclusive approach made swap-free trading available for all traders, providing equal opportunities." He was describing a universal setting in 2023. The 2026 forex page still sounds universal. The account footnote does not. The Personal Area status is the one that decides.
The agreement defines 1 point as 0.00001 and 1 pip as 10 points. Applied to the published EUR/USD swaps, −13.32 points is 1.332 pips on the long side, and −3.72 points is 0.372 pips on the short side. Those are points, not pips, unless the definition is ignored.
Negative balance is two clauses. Clause 4.10.4 brings a negative balance back to zero and says it is not a debt. Clause 4.2.2 lets the firm disable that protection, clear the deficit from other accounts, or demand funds within 10 business days, after a prohibited-practice finding. A marketing line that only mentions the reset is the default, without the switch.
Idle balances are not free. Clause 4.11.7 charges $5 every 30 days from day 151 if 150 calendar days pass with no opened market order and no non-trading operation, and only while the balance is above zero.
Clause 4.1.7 says processing, in normal conditions, does not normally exceed one to three seconds, and a queued order can be dropped after three minutes. Spreads float on every account type. Raw Spread commission follows the trading terms, and the firm may change it on two business days' notice.
RelatedOcta Review 2026: Versustrategy Holds the Global Ticket
The firm says it adds no deposit or withdrawal fee of its own, and that a provider might. No third-party deposits. Segregated accounts are a company claim, not a line on the Seychelles register. That register states no investor-compensation amount, and none is added here.
Verdict
The rating on this review is 3.6 out of 5. Raw Spread's EUR/USD arithmetic is competitive. The contract around it is not simple enough to score higher.
One standard lot is $7.00 round turn: 0.1 pip, worth $1.00, plus $3.00 a side. Tickmill's international Raw account lands on the same $7.00. IC Markets Global on MT4 and MT5, and Pepperstone Limited on MT4 and MT5 Razor, land on $8.00. A one-dollar gap is real inside the published average. It does not name the counterparty.
The PDF for justmarkets.com is Just Global Markets Ltd in Providence, FSA SD088. JustMarkets Ltd in Limassol, license 401/21, is a different company, and its approved domain is justmarkets.eu. Mauritius and BVI agreements sit on the legal index. Their registers did not load cleanly, so those numbers remain company citations. A visitor can be sent from the .com host to the Cyprus site without a clear statement of which contract will be signed.
Three clauses hold the score down. On the forex page's own ladder, 1:3000 applies only under $1,000 of equity, and the cap is 1:500 from $40,000. Negative-balance protection is the default, and the agreement lets the firm turn it off. After 150 quiet days the servicing charge is $5 every 30 days. Swap-free status is described as automatic, as a faith or Extended status, and as a Personal Area flag. All three descriptions were live on 8 October 2026.
What would move 3.6 is concrete. A Seychelles PDF at onboarding, with the Raw average still near 0.1 pip and the $3 commission intact, would firm the cost case. A tighter equity ladder, or a different entity with a different commission, would pull the score down. Commission can already change on two business days' notice. This is a reading of public pages, analysis rather than a recommendation, and not an instruction to fund an account or to close one.
FAQs
Is JustMarkets regulated, and by whom?
Two registers were open for this justmarkets review. FSA Seychelles lists Just Global Markets Ltd as Securities Dealer SD088, which matches the September 2026 client agreement on justmarkets.com. CySEC lists JustMarkets Ltd under 401/21, dated 08/06/2021, and the only approved domain on that entry is justmarkets.eu. South African, Mauritius, and BVI numbers appear on the company's regulations page. Those three registers did not confirm the entries in this session.
Which company would a justmarkets.com client sign with?
The agreement retrieved from the .com legal folder is with Just Global Markets Ltd in Providence, Seychelles. That is the contract read here. It is not proof that every applicant is offered that PDF. The legal index also carries Mauritius and BVI agreements, and a blocked location in this session was pointed at justmarkets.eu, the CySEC firm. The entity name on the agreement presented at signup is the one that matters.
How do Raw Spread, Pro, and Standard differ on cost?
Raw Spread prints $3 each side per lot and an EUR/USD average of 0.1 pips, which is $7.00 all-in on one standard lot under the method in this piece. Pro prints a spread from 0.1 pips and no commission. Standard prints a spread from 0.3 pips and no commission, with a $10 minimum. The rendered Standard and Pro tables did not show a labeled EUR/USD average, so those two accounts get no all-in figure here.
Is the minimum deposit $10 or $200?
Both, on different cards. Standard and Standard Cent are $10. Pro and Raw Spread are $200, raised from $100 on 29 January 2025 for new and inactive accounts. The firm says it does not add its own deposit or withdrawal fee, and that the payment provider might. Figures of $1, or a still-current $100 Pro minimum, do not match the deposit page read on 8 October 2026.
Does 1:3000 apply once the account is funded?
Only under $1,000 on the forex page, where the printed maximum is 1:3000. From $1,000 it is 1:2000, from $5,000 it is 1:1000, and from $40,000 it is 1:500. News windows can lower the cap on new positions around a release. The agreement also allows a change without prior notice at a set balance. The card's 1:3000 is the top of that ladder, not the whole of it.
Is there an inactivity fee?
Yes, in the September 2026 Seychelles agreement. If 150 calendar days pass with no opened market order and no non-trading operation, a servicing commission of $5 is charged every 30 days from day 151, and only while the balance is above zero. A zero balance does not generate that commission. The fee is separate from spreads, from the Raw commission, and from any provider charge on a deposit.
This is analysis of public pages and registers retrieved on 8 October 2026, not a recommendation to open or fund an account. Trading CFDs and FX on margin puts capital at risk. Spreads, commission, ratios, and the contracting entity can change, and the pages above are the record of one morning's reading.
