What does an ADSS EUR/USD ticket actually cost?
On the Elite Pro campaign page, retrieved 27 October 2026, the published charge is a commission of $5 per lot, and the EUR/USD spread is advertised from 0.0 pips, with leverage shown at 500:1 and a minimum deposit of $5,000. That line is on adss.com/en/campaign/lower-forex-spreads. A standard lot here is 100,000 euros. At $10 a pip, a spread that prints at the advertised minimum adds nothing to the $5. The accounts catalogue calls that $5,000 tier Pro. The figure used below is the $5 the campaign page prints, and that sentence leaves the words “per side” off the line.
The company under the figure is the company on the regulator’s list. Every retail page that opened carries the same footer: ADS Securities L.L.C – S.P.C, commercial licence 1190047, with the Capital Market Authority named as regulator. The CMA record for that name was Active on 27 October 2026. ADS Securities London Limited, company 07785265, is a separate file that Companies House lists as dissolved on 21 August 2025, so the live EUR/USD number is a UAE ticket and the London firm is a closed namesake. Updated 27 October 2026, the pages named in each section were open for this reading.
Which company holds the ADSS EUR/USD ticket?
The legal page at adss.com/en/legal states the contracting firm in one block. ADS Securities L.L.C – S.P.C is incorporated under UAE law, commercial licence 1190047. One wording says First Category, dealing in securities, registration 305027, and Fifth category, arrangement and advice by introduction, registration 20200000217. The footer says Category 1 licence 305027 and Category 5 licence 20200000217, and the activity names under those numbers are the ones the register marks Active. The office printed there is the 8th floor, CI Tower, Corniche Road, PO Box 93894, Abu Dhabi, with trading services at ts@adss.com and +971 2 657 2414.
The “view licence record” link points at sca.gov.ae with the query CP-0000786. That host returned a Capital Market Authority shell whose visible text lacked the company block. The same query on uaecma.gov.ae, CP-0000786, returned ADS SECURITIES - L.L.C - S.P.C, status Active, established 23 September 2010, at the 9th floor, CI Tower, Al Bateen, Abu Dhabi, PO Box 93894. Activities marked Active include financial products dealer, introduction, trading broker, trading and clearing broker, trading broker in the international markets, and trading broker of OTC derivatives and currencies in the spot market. The numerals 305027 and 20200000217 are on the legal page and were absent from the register extract that rendered. The footer prints the 8th floor and Corniche Road. The register prints the 9th floor and Al Bateen. The post box and the city are the same.
Companies House, at company 07785265, shows ADS Securities London Limited dissolved on 21 August 2025, last accounts to 31 December 2021, office care of a Birmingham liquidator, earlier names Pioneer Trader Limited and Citifocus Securities Limited. The English footer on the live site is the UAE firm, a separation this desk has drawn before in the Hantec Markets case. Direct requests to adss.com received Cloudflare’s challenge, about 5KB and under 800 characters of visible text, so the pages above were read through a text reader. The schedule of charges at ADSS_Schedule_of_Charges_09282026.pdf, filename dated 28 September 2026, returned that challenge and a blank on price.
What do Classic, Elite and Pro publish?
The accounts page at adss.com/en/trade/accounts lists three tiers. Classic asks for a $100 deposit, zero commission, and standard spreads. Elite asks for $1,000, zero commission, and spreads from 0.8 pips. Pro asks for $5,000, low commission, and raw or tighter spreads. The 0.8 pip line belongs to Elite as a tier, and the campaign page puts a separate EUR/USD cell only in the Elite Pro column.
On that campaign page the spreads are variable and limited to Elite Pro. The commission is $5 per lot, the minimum deposit is $5,000, and a footnote says competitor figures were benchmarked on 6 October 2026. EUR/USD is listed from 0.0 pips at 500:1. “From” is a minimum, and an average EUR/USD spread is absent from both pages. The accounts page withholds the pair on the 0.8 pip line, so the priced ticket is the $5,000 tier.
| Tier on the accounts page | Deposit | Commission | Spread | EUR/USD on the campaign page |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Classic | $100 | Zero | Standard, pair unnamed | Absent |
| Elite | $1,000 | Zero | From 0.8 pips, pair unnamed | Absent |
| Pro, called Elite Pro on the FX campaign | $5,000 | $5 per lot on the campaign; “low” on the catalogue | Raw or tighter on the catalogue | From 0.0 pips plus $5 per lot |
How does $5 sit against three peer pages?
Each bar adds the published minimum EUR/USD spread, at $10 a pip on one standard lot, to the round-turn commission that broker’s own page states. IC Markets states that pip value on one lot, and the same convention is used throughout. A 0.0 minimum contributes zero, and any average stays in the table beside the floor.
Pepperstone Group Limited is the company on the Australian pages. The footer of the trading-accounts page places it at Level 16, Tower One, 727 Collins Street, Melbourne, VIC 3008, and prints ACN 147 055 703 and AFSL 414530. The ASIC register host returned a block, so the AFSL numeral is the one on the broker’s page. That Melbourne firm is the subject of an earlier desk piece on the entity, and the prices here replace any older figure.
On the pairs-and-spreads page, Razor EURUSD shows a minimum of 0 and an average of 0.1, generated from 1 August 2026 to 31 August 2026, all sessions including rollover, and a non-USD account converts $3.50 at the spot rate. The costs page at pepperstone.com/en-au/trading/costs-and-fees says Razor commission starts from 3.50 US dollars per lot per side. In both the MT4 and the MT5 Razor tables, the AUD row for one FX lot reads AUD 3.50, written as AUD 7 round turn, which is the figure the chart converts. The gold column on that row, AUD 9.00 round turn, is a different product.
The ECB euro foreign-exchange series, retrieved 27 October 2026 from the US dollar reference and the Australian dollar reference, last printed on 26 October 2026, with the 27 October observation absent from the last five business days. US dollars per euro were 1.1188 and Australian dollars per euro were 1.5927, so dollars per Australian dollar equal 1.1188 divided by 1.5927, or 0.702455. Seven Australian dollars times that rate is 4.917, which rounds to $4.92, and that is the Pepperstone floor on the chart. The bar follows the fixed AUD table. The page’s spot-conversion sentence can bill a different amount on a non-AUD book.
Tickmill’s raw page, tickmill.com/trading/raw-account, served Tickmill Europe Ltd, CySEC CIF 278/15, at Spyrou Kyprianou 77, MGO Protopapas number 2, 5th floor, 3076 Limassol, and says 74% of retail CFD accounts lose money with that firm. Raw starts at a deposit of 100, in USD, EUR, GBP, PLN or CHF, spreads from 0.0 pips, retail leverage 1:30 and professional leverage 1:500, commission $3 per lot per side. The worked example is one EURUSD lot at 3 US dollars per side and 6 US dollars round turn. TradingView Raw is a different tier and its price is absent from the text that loaded, as is any average EUR/USD spread, so the bar is the $6 example.
IC Markets (EU) Ltd, Cyprus company HE 356877, CySEC licence 362/18, is the firm on the costs page, office at 86 Franklinou Roosvelt, 4th floor, Office 401, 3011 Omonoia, Limassol, and the page says 73.46% of retail CFD accounts lose money with this provider. On the account overview, Raw Spread on MetaTrader is $3.50 per side, written as $7.00 round turn, with spreads from 0.0, while Raw Spread on cTrader is $3.00 per 100,000 US dollars traded, per side. The same overview states an average EUR/USD spread of 0.1 pips. A cTrader example quoted at 1.3000 then 1.3100 totals $7.83, which moves with the price, so the bar keeps the fixed MetaTrader round turn of $7.00. That Cypriot firm is the one in the desk’s earlier note on the entity.
| Firm, page opened 27 Oct 2026 | Account and platform | EUR/USD spread | Full lot charge as printed | Chart floor, USD |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| ADS Securities L.L.C – S.P.C, campaign page | Elite Pro, also named Pro; platform unsplit | From 0.0 pips, average absent | $5 per lot, with “per side” off the sentence | 5.00 |
| Pepperstone Group Limited, costs and pairs pages | Razor, MT4 and MT5, AUD account | Minimum 0, average 0.1 for August 2026 | AUD 7 round turn, ECB print of 26 Oct 2026 | 4.92 |
| Tickmill Europe Ltd, raw-account page | Raw in USD; TradingView Raw unstated here | From 0.0 pips, average absent | $6 round turn in the EURUSD example | 6.00 |
| IC Markets (EU) Ltd, overview and costs | Raw Spread on MetaTrader; cTrader is another unit | From 0.0 pips, average stated as 0.1 | $7.00 round turn | 7.00 |
On these floors the converted Pepperstone AUD schedule sits a few cents under the ADSS $5, then Tickmill Europe at $6 and the IC Markets EU MetaTrader book at $7. ADSS and Tickmill Europe publish only a minimum, so an average cannot be added to their bars. A later reading of the blocked ADSS schedule could show a second $5 on the close and a $10 round turn. The chart follows the sentence that was readable.
Is the ticket on the ADSS platform, on MT4, or on MT5?
The compare page at adss.com/en/platforms/compare-platforms gives the ADSS platform, MT5 and MT4 the same account list: Classic, Pro and Elite. The house platform shows expert advisors unavailable and 64 pending-order types, MT5 shows expert advisors and backtesting available, and MT4 shows depth of market unavailable with four pending-order types. The $5 is printed against the tier and left unassigned to a platform, so the public EUR/USD number travels with Elite Pro on all three, while IC Markets prices cTrader on a different unit, Pepperstone’s AUD 7 is the MT4 and MT5 table, and Tickmill Europe’s $6 example leaves TradingView Raw off the page.

Where do the footer and the CMA register part company?
The legal name, the sole-proprietorship form, the commercial licence, the city, the tower and the post box appear in both places. Ahmed Khalifa Mohamed Obaid Almehairi is listed as a director and as head of dealing in securities, accredited in January and March 2025, and Simon Borg Barthet is head of compliance, accredited 21 May 2026. That entry was reached on uaecma.gov.ae after sca.gov.ae returned a shell.
Eighth floor and Corniche Road on the footer sit against ninth floor and Al Bateen on the register. The register extract left email and telephone blank, while the legal page prints ts@adss.com and +971 2 657 2414 and the register prints fax 971-26572323, and the two floors stay unreconciled. The dissolved London company, at a Birmingham liquidator’s office, is a third address and the wrong name for this ticket.

Why does the cost and entity score land at 3.4?
The score is 3.4 out of 5, on the costs and the entity that opened on 27 October 2026. The firm has a repeated legal name, commercial licence 1190047, a Category 1 and Category 5 description, and an Active CMA row with the OTC-currency activity marked on. It sits below a fully specified raw account, because the only EUR/USD number is a minimum spread plus a $5 line whose per-side status sits in a PDF that returned a challenge, and because the footer and the register name different floors of CI Tower.
Elite Pro attaches a pair, a deposit, a leverage figure and a commission to one account: EUR/USD from 0.0 pips, $5,000, 500:1 and $5 per lot, and Classic, Pro and Elite appear on the house platform, on MT4 and on MT5. Companies House makes the dissolved London company identifiable, which keeps that old name off the live ticket. Against that, the $5 sentence withholds “per side,” an average EUR/USD spread is absent, Classic and Elite still lack a pair-level quote, and direct HTML from adss.com plus the schedule PDF were Cloudflare challenges.
ADS Securities L.L.C – S.P.C is the firm on both the marketing footer and the CMA row, so the host is that firm’s site rather than a separate promotional company. What can be verified before the platform is open stops at $5 per lot plus a spread advertised from zero, which is why 3.4 marks a confirmed entity and an incomplete ticket.
Which checks come before any funding transfer?
A reader can repeat these checks against the live pages before any transfer.
- The application names ADS Securities L.L.C – S.P.C and commercial licence 1190047, the same name as the legal page and the Active CMA row.
- The office line is read against both publics: 8th floor, Corniche Road on the footer, and 9th floor, Al Bateen on the register, same tower and same PO Box 93894.
- The account carrying the $5 EUR/USD line is the $5,000 tier, named Pro on the catalogue and Elite Pro on the campaign.
- The platform is the ADSS platform, MT4 or MT5, with the public $5 tied to the tier and left unassigned to a screen.
- The spread in force at the moment of dealing is the one that matters, because 0.0 is only the advertised minimum and an average is unpublished.
- The schedule of charges is opened from the client area or the legal list, because the public PDF returned a challenge and the per-side question lives there.
- The counterparty is the UAE firm, while ADS Securities London Limited, company 07785265, shows dissolved on 21 August 2025.
CFDs and margin foreign exchange can lose the money in the account, and a small price move is a larger move in the position at the ratio the broker posts. The figures above are the floors and commissions printed on the pages retrieved on 27 October 2026, including the ECB reference of 26 October 2026 for the Australian dollar conversion. They change when a broker changes a schedule, and they are a record of those pages rather than a recommendation to fund an account.
